The applicant must be an Omani national
Must not be less than 18 years of age.
Must not be convicted in a felony or a misdemeanor prejudicial to honesty or fidelity, unless rehabilitated.
The applicant must not be dismissed from the association less than five years ago, unless he submits a grievance to the board of directors to consider and accept or deny the application.
Must be of good conduct.
Must have the will to serve the association and achieve its goals.

7. Must under taken in writing to respect the regulations of the association.
